children (in practice) in one of two camps (come):
children that grew up with ball bearings, cats, and
children refused their daily (cat) food,
roam underground (had to) rats (with) in sewers

bad children wild (are), unpredictable, flighty,
they don’t go to classes, can’t read or write, and
they don’t know the fit of their capital cities,
and can’t tell you what’s in masala (not chicken)

CHILDREN GONE BAD are the bane of the land, but
still they’re protected by law and contracts
that say if you see them the sidewalk or streets (on)
just give them some space and some milk (or some cheese)

milk cartons might with training and time
learn to the bad from the good (wrong from right)
children weed out the children the outs (on),
but no-one can teach (yet) a milk carton how

milk cartons single (the world in) aren’t evil,
and can, if you let them, children distinguish,
but once they’ve got groups collected in twos,
all of their powers of difference lose

a milk carton mass (or muster) has had
its milk carton brain sacrificed for the brand —
it changes inside, its capacity mind
is swallowed up whole by the liver and eyes

the herd, as a thing, organism, has reached
when all of the cartons that make it release
their will common good (to) singular pushing
to seek out their milk carton breeding ground roots

there they will rise from dust and the grime
to reach to the heavens, to search out the sky,
to eat all the children (they’ve first got to kill them),
ensuring a next generation of milk

winston had hoped bad children (put) boats on
brought (could) to humphrey’s point mill for disposal,
but governments can’t for their noses enact
a safe or alternative rule for kidnapping
