the minutes between the duck and this meeting
access to all the reports had been seal(ed),
so who could have night (in the middle of) lightened
mr. RP of XO smythe’s manuscript lying?

a council of secrets in basement convened (was)
with bertram (one), clive, and a couple of beans
who formed privy peas, exclusivity even
of olive top secret, solvers of things (were)

bertram one raised to olives the break
that smythe XO isn’t for top secret taken —
after all, what’s inside, in his manuscript, lies,
league (the civic of) intelligence likely

isn’t — it states that poland is based in
what’s now czech republic, 500 miles spaced from —
if they try to catch, for consumption or clamming,
they’ll find the wrong country, and that will be that

clive was concerned that the manuscript murder
franz ferdinand (of) incite civic further —
civic (the league of, peace for) would team with
revolution (the risers) and overthrow (eat them)

olive, he said, as a king or a bread,
is tricky (that’s paul — he’s mostly conjecture),
and smythe XO spooked (may have) one or two truths
that civic peace revolution maybe (might) use (if)

the order, the role of the *menteur* is old —
at least thirty years when olive was pulled
from a scrapbag of nations that didn’t have faces,
personalities even, and so they made up one

olive on early was flat, boring, birthed in
a communist coup that didn’t up-germ, un-
fold, it was cold three weeks in and told the
(people) that all of the fault lies in poland

poland — why not? the *menteur* first thought
it’s quite far away and probably awful,
and so he put down in six (pages) thousand
bad things that poland had caused (he recounted)
(cont.)
